Paste roster
One person per line: Name, Email, Group, Team, Role, Photo
· Group must be exactly student or senior.
· Team is the section they're grouped under on the public page (e.g. "Team Teachers", "Assessors", "Course Director") — people are shown grouped by team, in the order teams first appear below.
· Role is the label shown next to their name (e.g. "Team Lead", "Team Member") — leave blank to just repeat the team name, as senior faculty currently do.
· Email and Photo (filename only, e.g. jane-smith.jpg — must already exist under assets/faculty-photos/) are both optional. No email means that person can't be reached for the senior faculty review reminder and won't sign in to it either. No photo means their initials show instead.
· Importing replaces the entire current roster (both groups) — this cannot be undone.
