⚠️ This page creates Firebase login accounts. Use for Faculty, Instructor Trainers, Assessor Faculty, Instructor Trainer Candidates and Director only — Instructor Candidates and Assessor / Senior Instructors use QR codes and do not need accounts.
Each account gets a random one-time password that nobody, including you, ever sees. Immediately after creation, that person is sent a standard Firebase "set your password" email so they choose their own login before ever signing in.
Role names finalised 2026-07-11 (Jon) — two tracks, each with a candidate tier (QR-only, no login needed) and a qualified/senior tier (created here): Instructor track is Instructor Candidate → Instructor Trainer Candidate → Instructor Trainer; Assessor track is Assessor / Senior Instructor → Assessor Faculty. (Earlier fix, 2026-07-11: this dropdown previously had a dead "Assessor Lead" option whose stored value didn't match any role the platform actually checks — accounts made with it would have looked created but had no real access. That's what "Assessor Faculty" replaced.)

Accounts already in Firebase will be skipped automatically.

Provision MOU Roster Accounts
⚠️ Creates Firebase login accounts for everyone currently in the mou_roster collection (imported via the MOU dashboard's "Manage roster" tab), so they can sign in to mou-form.html and submit the MOU. Existing accounts are skipped automatically. This does not write to the people collection or touch any IW-specific data — it only creates the login.
Same as above: each account gets a random one-time password nobody sees, and an immediate "set your password" email.

Reset Existing Accounts Off The Old Shared Password
⚠️ Anyone created via this page before 2026-07-07 was set up with the old
shared default password (RMD2026!), which was hardcoded in
this page's source and sat in the public GitHub repo. This sends each
listed email a standard "set your password" reset link.
Important limit: this does not remotely invalidate
anyone's current password — Firebase's client API won't let a director
force that from here. Someone who never opens the reset email could
still sign in with the old shared password until they do. If you need a
hard guarantee for a specific account, use Firebase Console →
Authentication → Users → that person → "Reset password", which can
disable the account until they reset.
Paste every email you've ever created via this page with the old default password.
